A Metaverse Game Built for Real Gamers

In 2021, metaverse games were overrun by crypto speculation. We imagined something different: Axis Zero—a living, ever-evolving world where gameplay came first. In this concept, shifting landscapes, player-driven creation, and a real digital economy replaced static marketplaces and bot-run mining games.

I led the creative development, including concept, lore, art direction, and early design exploration. Plans were put on hold during the 2022 crypto winter, but the trailer, key art, and PFPs offer a glimpse of what could have been.
